1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping tiers to suit your needs best:
- Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days (need to contact us for this service)
Free worldwide express is available on all orders over $800.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Flux Battery is not responsible for all customs and taxes applied to your order. Some fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for the details.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Flux Battery is committed to ensuring your products reach you safely. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with the claims process if needed.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately at sales@fluxbatteryhub.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is being processed.
