Description
The 2500 separator film is designed for battery research and electrochemical cell assembly, supporting sodium-ion, potassium-ion, lithium-ion, and lithium-sulfur battery systems. It is a single-layer 25 μm PP separator film produced by a dry stretching process, with stable pore structure, high chemical resistance, and strong thermal integrity. The material is suitable for laboratory testing, coin cell preparation, and battery prototype development.
This separator is available in roll and disc formats, making it practical for different cell assembly workflows. The film is described as having excellent anti-oxidation performance, zero transverse shrinkage at 90°C for 1 hour, and properties that help reduce internal short-circuit risk while improving dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.
