Automatic Film Coater with Vacuum Plate for Battery Electrode Coating

The FL-TM300 is a benchtop automatic film coater for battery electrode coating and laboratory thin-film research. A motor-driven doctor blade spreads slurry over a substrate held on an aluminum vacuum plate. The system provides up to 300 mm of coating travel and includes a 100 mm adjustable film applicator and an oil-free vacuum pump.

Technical Specifications

The 300 mm dimension refers to coating travel, not coating width. Blade gap and scale graduation are mechanical settings; they are not guaranteed wet-film or dry-film thickness. Final film thickness depends on slurry properties, substrate, coating conditions and drying.

Battery Electrode Coating Workflow

Use the FL-TM300 for laboratory electrode slurry coating, ceramic-film studies and other compatible thin-film research. Prepare slurry with our 500 mL planetary vacuum mixer.
