The FL-NMP-1 and FL-NMP-2 NMP solvent treatment systems handle water-soluble solvent vapors in exhaust from battery electrode coating and drying. Select a nominal exhaust-treatment capacity of 600 or 1,200 m³/h to match the coater exhaust load. SUS304 stainless-steel contact surfaces and an external exhaust-duct connection support integration into a laboratory or pilot electrode-processing workflow.
Electrical configuration: AC 220 V / 50 Hz or AC 110 V / 60 Hz, selected when ordering and configured before shipment. These are alternative factory configurations, not an automatically switching dual-voltage input. Final wiring, current rating and circuit requirements are confirmed with the quotation.

Coating-Dryer Exhaust Integration
Match the system to the actual exhaust volume, solvent composition and concentration, inlet temperature, particulate loading and duct resistance. The ≥80% recovery figure is a selection reference rather than a guaranteed result for every installation. Confirm the applicable test conditions and acceptance criteria before ordering; it is not a certification of emission-limit compliance or a recovered-solvent purity specification.
Specify the water supply, make-up arrangement, drainage, maintenance access and exhaust route during system design. Treatment liquid requires suitable collection and handling. Hazardous-area suitability, explosion-protection certification and compatibility with other solvents are not established by this listing and must be reviewed for the intended installation.

The film coater is a related process tool, not a confirmed direct exhaust connection; confirm your actual dryer and duct interface before selecting this treatment system.
