Description
The 2340 trilayer separator is a high-strength microporous membrane engineered with a PP/PE/PP structure. Compared to thinner separators, it offers superior mechanical robustness and enhanced safety performance, making it ideal for demanding lithium-ion battery applications.
The outer polypropylene layers provide structural integrity and oxidation resistance, while the polyethylene core enables thermal shutdown functionality. This combination ensures reliable operation under high-temperature and high-load conditions.
