CR2032 Aluminum-Clad Coin Cell Cases

Description

CR2032 aluminum-plated / aluminum-clad coin cell cases are designed for advanced lithium battery research and high-voltage electrochemical testing, where standard stainless steel cases may have limited oxidation stability.

The aluminum-clad positive-case structure is designed to improve oxidation resistance and expand the electrochemical stability window. Depending on the selected configuration, standard stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, or fully aluminum-clad case components are available.

• Al-clad positive case only
• Standard negative case + Al-clad positive case
• 316L negative case + Al-clad positive case
• Fully Al-clad negative and positive case set
• Fully Al-clad case sets with 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm spacer and conical spring
• Vented case set with a 5 mm hole
