Product Description
Carbon-coated aluminum foil is an advanced current collector material designed for lithium-ion battery cathodes. It consists of a high-purity aluminum foil substrate coated with a thin conductive carbon layer, improving both electrical conductivity and interfacial stability.
Compared to conventional aluminum foil, the carbon coating enhances adhesion between the current collector and active materials, reduces internal resistance, and improves overall electrochemical performance.
This material is widely used in lithium iron phosphate (LFP), lithium-sulfur, and other advanced battery systems, where stable cycling and high-rate performance are required.
