Description

The CR2430 coin cell case set made from 304 stainless steel is designed for lithium battery research requiring a larger electrode area and higher loading compared to CR2032 cells. Each set includes a cathode case, an anode case with a gasket, a spring, and a spacer.

304 stainless steel provides good mechanical strength and basic corrosion resistance, making it suitable for routine electrochemical testing and general laboratory use. Compared to 316L, it offers a more economical solution while maintaining reliable sealing and assembly performance.

This case is widely used in battery prototyping, material evaluation, and standard cycling tests where extreme corrosion resistance is not required.
