Product Description

Dry-coated carbon aluminum foil is an advanced current collector material designed for high-performance lithium-ion battery cathodes. Compared to conventional aluminum foil, it integrates a conductive carbon layer through a dry coating process, eliminating solvent-related inconsistencies and improving structural uniformity.

The carbon coating enhances electron transport while reducing internal resistance and polarization. It also strengthens the bonding between the active material and the aluminum substrate, minimizing material detachment during cycling and improving electrode durability.
