The FL-JS series heated electrode rolling press is a benchtop hot calendering machine for laboratory battery research. Internally heated upper and lower rollers provide independently adjustable temperature control for compressing dried electrode sheets. Choose a 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 mm rolling width and either 220 V / 50 Hz or 110 V / 60 Hz power configuration.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| FL-JS100 | 100 mm | Room temperature–200°C | 500 × 220 × 320 mm | 55 kg |
| FL-JS150 | 150 mm | Room temperature–200°C | 600 × 220 × 320 mm | 65 kg |
| FL-JS200 | 200 mm | Room temperature–200°C | 600 × 220 × 320 mm | 75 kg |
| FL-JS250 | 250 mm | Room temperature–200°C | 825 × 250 × 380 mm | Approx. 90 kg |
| FL-JS300 | 300 mm | Room temperature–150°C | 875 × 250 × 380 mm | Approx. 100 kg |
Temperature selection: FL-JS100 through FL-JS250 operate up to 200°C; FL-JS300 operates up to 150°C. Choose a temperature compatible with your electrode coating, binder and current collector.
Choose a Model and Power Supply
Each model is offered in two separate electrical configurations: AC 220 V / 50 Hz or AC 110 V / 60 Hz. These are ordering options, not a switchable dual-voltage input. Specify the required configuration when requesting a quotation.

The roller-gap range is a mechanical adjustment range, not a guaranteed finished electrode thickness or thickness tolerance. Calendering results depend on the material, coating, incoming thickness, temperature and rolling conditions. Confirm electrical connection and laboratory circuit requirements during quotation.
Battery Electrode Calendering Applications
Designed for laboratory-scale thinning and densification of lithium-ion battery electrode sheets. Heated rolling supports process studies where temperature is a controlled variable; unheated operation allows comparison using the same machine. Material suitability and process settings should be checked for the intended sample.
Related Electrode Preparation Equipment
Prepare slurry with a planetary vacuum mixer, coat it using an automatic film coater, and dry the coating before calendering. If heating is not required, compare the FL-DG electric electrode rolling press. Explore more cell making equipment and tools.
Operation and Care
Keep hands, loose clothing and hair away from rollers and drive components. Stop and isolate power before cleaning or maintenance, and allow heated components to cool. Adjust both sides of the gap evenly. Keep roller surfaces clean and follow the operating instructions.
