The FL-JS100W and FL-JS200W horizontal heated rolling presses are benchtop electrode calendering machines for laboratory battery research. Motor-driven, gear-coupled rollers compress dried electrode sheets, while adjustable heating supports trials at controlled temperatures. Choose a 100 or 200 mm rolling width and a factory-configured 220 V / 50 Hz or 110 V / 60 Hz power supply.

Model-specific temperature limits: Select FL-JS100W for processes up to 130°C or FL-JS200W for processes up to 200°C. Confirm that the electrode coating, binder and current collector are suitable for the intended temperature and compression.

Common Technical Specifications

The 0–2 mm range describes roller-gap adjustment, not a guaranteed finished electrode thickness or thickness tolerance. Results depend on electrode composition, incoming thickness, temperature and rolling conditions. Confirm plug, circuit and installation requirements during quotation.

Operation and Care

Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from rollers and drive components. Keep protective guards in place. Stop and isolate power before adjustment, cleaning or servicing, and allow heated components to cool. Adjust both sides of the roller gap evenly and check the gap with the feeler gauge. Follow the operating instructions.
