Product overview
This graphite plate counter electrode provides a practical non-precious conductive surface for three-electrode electrochemical measurements. Each electrode uses a 3 mm thick graphite plate attached to an 80 mm PTFE holder with a metal contact pin.
Key features
- Graphite plate sizes: 10 × 10 mm, 15 × 15 mm, or 20 × 20 mm
- Consistent 3 mm plate thickness
- PTFE holder: approximately Ø6 × 80 mm
- Metal contact pin: approximately Ø2 × 20 mm
- Designed for use as a counter or auxiliary electrode
Applications
Suitable for compatible three-electrode cells used in electrochemistry, corrosion research, electrocatalysis, electrode-material evaluation, and related laboratory testing.
Selection and compatibility
Select the plate size according to the required counter-electrode area and cell geometry. Verify compatibility with the electrolyte and operating potential window before use; graphite is not inert under every electrochemical condition.
Package contents
One complete graphite plate electrode in the selected size.
