Toray Carbon Paper TGP-H-120 is a high-strength carbon fiber composite paper designed for demanding electrochemical applications such as fuel cells, electrolyzers, and advanced energy storage systems. It functions as a gas diffusion layer (GDL), enabling efficient electron transport and uniform gas distribution across electrode structures.
Manufactured from PAN-based carbon fibers (TORAYCA), this material provides excellent tensile strength, low electrical resistivity, and a stable porous structure. These characteristics ensure consistent performance under compression and long-term operation in both laboratory and industrial environments.
With a thickness of approximately 0.37 mm (370 μm), the TGP-H-120 offers the highest structural strength among the TGP-H series, making it ideal for applications requiring maximum durability and mechanical support.
